I try to cater to two different timezone groups. Those near the USA and those near Western EUR.
USA: 5pm West Coast | 8pm East Coast
EUR: 9am London/Portugal Time
Australia: Both times could potentially work for you
Days: Usually on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
Frequency: Depends on my availability.

I'm doing this as an experiment, where I create a more structured container to my livestreams, versus the traditional open LiveStreams I do on platforms like Insight Timer.
This will increase the quality and impact. Eventually, we will reach a cap of attendee limits. At that time, we will introduce a membership options starting at $9 per month, which will also include many other member benefits.
